IF GOVERNMENT CONTRACT REGISTRATION ACCEPTS THIS APPLICATION, APPLICANT HEREBY AGREES AND ACCEPTS ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS CONTAINED HEREIN. THE UNDERSIGNED APPLICANT ACKOWLEDGES THAT THIS AGREEMENT WILL GOVERN THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN SAID CONTRACTOR AND GOVERNMENT CONTRACT REGISTRATION FOR THE PERIOD SPECIFIED IN THE APPLICATION & AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES. A CANCELLATION NOTFICATION MUST BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO BILLING@GCRGOV.COM WITHIN 48 HOURS OF ACCEPTING THE AGREEMENT, AND WILL INCUR A CANCELATION FEE OF $50. AFTER THE INITIAL 48 HOURS ALL SALES WILL BE DEEMED FINAL. BY PROVIDING SIGNATURE AUTHORIZATION FOR THE ABOVE REFERENCED INFORMATION YOU ARE AUTHORIZING GOVERNMENT CONTRACT REGISTRATION TO CHARGE THE AGREED AMOUNT TO THE SAID ACCOUNT.
